Hybrid Transportable House - North Shore
Fairlight House
This house was installed on a rare vacant block with views directly out through Sydney Heads. It was a steep difficult site for construction with added points for a public bus stop directly outside and complex logistical implications for a conventional builder.
The design is a hybrid of base conventional construction and prefabricated modules of the house.
The modular component was installed in a day.
